> VoiceDrop AI is an iOS app for recording and transcribing in-person meetings, interviews, lectures, and voice notes. It separates speakers into timestamped turns and creates Smart Notes with a concise summary, explicit decisions, and action items. Users can record while the iPhone is locked, leave the app during upload and transcription, and receive a notification when the result is ready. VoiceDrop supports 57 languages with auto-detect.

Privacy posture: audio is processed securely to create the transcript and is not kept in the user's VoiceDrop account after successful processing. If processing fails, a temporary recovery copy may remain locally on the iPhone for up to seven days. Transcripts, speaker segments, timestamps, and Smart Notes are tied to the user's account.
