Terms of Service

VoiceDrop AI is provided for personal and professional use. You may use the App to transcribe audio recordings and manage your transcripts. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

VoiceDrop AI offers three plans:

• Free: 10 minutes of transcription per month at no cost.
• Pro: 1,200 minutes per month. Available as a monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) subscription.
• Max: 2,400 minutes per month. Available as a monthly ($13.99/month) or annual ($139.99/year) subscription.

Prices shown here are reference US prices. The App Store or web checkout displays the final price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes before purchase. Local prices may differ by purchase channel and currency.

App Store subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through Apple automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each new subscription period.

Web subscriptions, including Windows purchases: Tøstie Invest AS sells these subscriptions using RevenueCat Billing and Stripe for payment processing. Your selected payment method is charged when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. RevenueCat may attempt the renewal payment up to one hour before the current billing period ends; cancel before that time to avoid the next charge.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Annual plans: The full annual amount is charged upfront. Any saving compared with monthly billing depends on the displayed local prices. Transcription quotas still reset each VoiceDrop usage period.

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VoiceDrop AI. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period, except upgrades which may take effect immediately.

For web subscriptions, open Settings → Manage subscription in VoiceDrop on Windows, or use the customer portal link in your subscription email. The portal shows available changes and when they take effect. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. Sign in with the same VoiceDrop account to use your plan across supported devices. Deleting the app or your VoiceDrop account does not cancel a subscription.

For purchases through Apple's App Store, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

For web purchases, contact gustav@tryvoicedrop.com with your receipt or account email so we can review your request. These Terms do not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply under law.

Each plan includes a transcription quota measured in minutes of audio. VoiceDrop currently measures usage in consecutive 30-day periods based on the account's creation date; this usage period may differ from your subscription renewal date. Unused quota does not roll over. If your quota is exceeded, transcription remains unavailable until the next VoiceDrop usage period or until you upgrade your plan.

You agree not to use VoiceDrop AI to:

• Transcribe audio containing illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal app usage.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The App and its content, design, and code are the intellectual property of VoiceDrop AI. Your transcripts belong to you. We do not claim ownership of any audio you record or transcripts generated from it.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any errors will be corrected. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accent, and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceDrop AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or revenue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
