Terms of Service

VoiceDrop AI is provided for personal and professional use. You may use the App to transcribe audio recordings and manage your transcripts. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

VoiceDrop AI offers three plans:

• Free: 10 minutes of transcription per month at no cost.
• Pro: 1,200 minutes per month. Available as a monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) subscription.
• Max: 2,400 minutes per month. Available as a monthly ($13.99/month) or annual ($139.99/year) subscription.

Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each new subscription period.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Annual plans: Annual subscriptions offer approximately 2 months free compared to the monthly rate. The full annual amount is charged upfront.

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VoiceDrop AI. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period, except upgrades which may take effect immediately.

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. VoiceDrop AI does not directly process payments or issue refunds. To request a refund, please use Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Each plan includes a monthly transcription quota measured in minutes of audio. Unused quota does not roll over to the next month. If your quota is exceeded, transcription will be unavailable until the start of the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.

You agree not to use VoiceDrop AI to:

• Transcribe audio containing illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal app usage.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The App and its content, design, and code are the intellectual property of VoiceDrop AI. Your transcripts belong to you. We do not claim ownership of any audio you record or transcripts generated from it.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any errors will be corrected. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accent, and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceDrop AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or revenue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
